What is the Karen® Subscription program?

The Karen® subscription program is the best way to receive your favorite Karen® product, billed and shipped to your door, every 3, 6 or 12 months.
 

How does the Karen® Subscription program work?

This program is very simple to start, and if you are not happy with the program you can cancel at any time.
 

All you need to do to be part of this convenient program is:

  1. Create an online profile.
  2. Pick your favorite Karen® product(s).
  3. Decide if you want your product(s) shipped to you every 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
  4. Provide your billing and shipping information.
  5. Pay for your initial order, using a credit card of your choice.
  6. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy all the great benefits Karen® products have to offer.
Your subscription orders will automatically be charged to the credit card you used on your initial subscription order, and your product will then be shipped, every 3, 6, or 12 months (the longer the time frame selected the greater the savings).

YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME:

If you feel that this program is not the right fit for you, you can cancel at any time by calling one of our Karen® Cares Representatives at 1-866-466-6641 -OR- If you prefer you can simply log on to your online account at thekarenproject.ca and hit cancel. Once you have cancelled your subscription, if you decide to resume, you will be subject to the current subscription pricing. Cancellations must be completed 7 days before the next payment is due. Cancellation is effective immediately upon completing the process.
 
You can do this by following these simple steps:
 
  • Log on to your online profile at thekarenproject.ca – This can be found in the Top-Right hand corner of your screen where it says Login.
 
  • Once logged in hover over your account name TOP-RIGHT.Select MY SUBSCRIPTIONS from the dropdown menu. Select the subscription you would like to cancel and hit the CANCEL button. You will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.

What if I have too much product? -OR- I plan to be away from home for an extended period?

Subscription Suspension: A subscription suspension is useful if you become overstocked on your product -OR- If you plan to be away from home for a period of-time.
 
If you SUSPEND your subscription it will be put ON HOLD, it will not be billed or shipped during this period.
 
To suspend: To suspend your subscription you may do so by calling one of our Karen® Cares reps. at 1-866-466-6641 -OR- email care@thekarenproject.ca.
 
*Subscriptions may be suspended for ½ the time-period of the subscription, before being fully cancelled (ex. 3 months subscription can be suspended for 1 ½ months/ 6 month – suspended for 3 months and 12 months can be suspended for up to 6 months).
 
Once a subscription has been cancelled, if you decide to resubscribe, you will be subject to the current pricing found on our website.
 
To reactivate: Simply call one of our Karen® Cares reps. at 1-866-466-6641 -OR- email care@thekarenproject.ca and your subscription will continue.
 

What if my subscription payment is unsuccessful?

Unsuccessful Payments: If your subscription payment is unsuccessful your order will show as Pending and your account status be ON HOLD. The re-attempted payment schedule will be as follows:
  • 12 hours after 1st attempt
  • 12 hours after 2nd attempt – An email will be sent to the customer notifying them of the failed payment and scheduled retry attempt.
  • 24 hours after 3rd attempt
  • Then 48 hours after 4th attempt – An email will be sent to you, the customer, and your customer care rep will also attempt to contact you to arrange another method of payment.
  • 72 hours later – A final attempt will be made, an email sent to the customer and your account will be put ON HOLD.
  • Your account will stay on hold for 30 Days. If no payment has been madesuccessfully your subscription will be cancelled and you will be subject to the current subscription pricing if you decide to resubscribe.
