Fall Karen® Phytoplankton Cinnamon Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 c vanilla almond milk
- ½ c vanilla Greek yogurt (or yogurt alternative)
- ¼ c old fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (or less to taste)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 frozen banana (or fresh banana with 3-4 ice cubes)
- 1 scoop Karen® Phytoplankton powder
Instructions: Add all ingredients except Karen® Phytoplankton powder into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Stir in Karen® Phytoplankton powder.
