Fall Karen® Phytoplankton Cinnamon Smoothie


  • 1 c vanilla almond milk
  • ½ c vanilla Greek yogurt (or yogurt alternative)
  • ¼ c old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (or less to taste)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 frozen banana (or fresh banana with 3-4 ice cubes)
  • 1 scoop Karen® Phytoplankton powder

Instructions: Add all ingredients except Karen® Phytoplankton powder into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Stir in Karen® Phytoplankton powder.
